We are pleased to confirm that Limitless Reach will hold open trials across two stages, in November and December, for every one of our four programmes.
If you are a parent looking for somewhere your child can train properly, or an adult player looking for a serious amateur side, this is your invitation. There is no cost to attend and no experience required. You do not need to have played academy football before, and you do not need to be spotted by anyone first. You register, you turn up, you play.
Who the Trials Are For
- Foundation, ages 9 to 11. First touches, coordination and confidence, in a session built around enjoying the game.
- Youth, ages 12 to 14. Where natural ability starts becoming real technique.
- Development, ages 15 to 17. Competitive eleven-a-side football for committed players.
- Amateur, 18 and over. Our senior side, open to academy graduates and adult players across Ibadan.
What Happens on the Day
Each trial runs for roughly two hours. Players warm up together, work through small technical and possession exercises, then play matches so our coaches can see them in a real game rather than a queue of drills.
We are not only watching who scores. We watch how a player receives the ball under pressure, how they respond when a pass does not come off, how they speak to teammates, and whether they keep working when they are tired. Attitude is assessed as seriously as ability.
Every player who registers gets time on the pitch. Nobody is cut from the warm-up.
What Parents Should Know
Parents and guardians are welcome to stay and watch. All sessions are run under our safeguarding policy, with qualified coaches present at all times. Bring boots, shin pads and water. Players under eighteen will need a parent or guardian to complete the consent declaration when registering.
Dates and the exact venue will be confirmed to everyone on the register first. If your child is not ready this time, or you are unsure which programme fits, register anyway and tell us the age. We will point you to the right session.
Registration
Registration opens shortly. The fastest way to hear first is to register your interest now, which takes two minutes and costs nothing. We will email you as soon as dates are locked.
