Who we are
This website is operated by Limitless Reach Football Academy (CAC Reg. No. 9872968), Team One Hub, Olona Filling Station, Beside Access Bank Sabo, Ojoo, Ibadan, Oyo State (“we”, “us”, “the academy”). We are responsible for the personal information you share with us.
Information we collect
When you register for a trial, apply for a role, enquire about sponsorship or contact us, we may collect:
- Player name, date of birth, age, gender, position and playing history
- Parent or guardian name, relationship, phone number and email address
- Emergency contact details
- Medical information you choose to share so we can keep players safe
- Photographs and video taken at academy sessions and matches, where consent is given
How we use it
- To organise trials, training, fixtures and communication with players and families
- To keep players safe, including responding to medical needs and emergencies
- To process coaching and staff applications
- To respond to sponsorship and general enquiries
- To share academy news, where you have agreed to receive it
Children’s information
For players under 18, registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. We only collect what we need to run the programme safely, and we never publish a child’s full name alongside their photograph without consent.
Sharing your information
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with league or competition organisers, medical professionals in an emergency, or where required by law. Any service providers we use are required to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep player records for as long as the player is with the academy and for a reasonable period afterwards. Unsuccessful trial and job applications are deleted within 12 months.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent at any time. Email operations@limitlessreachfa.com.
