These terms apply to your use of limitlessreachfa.com and to registration with Limitless Reach Football Academy (CAC Reg. No. 9872968), Team One Hub, Olona Filling Station, Beside Access Bank Sabo, Ojoo, Ibadan, Oyo State. By using the website or registering, you agree to them.
Registration and trials
- Registering interest or attending a trial does not guarantee a place in any programme
- Players under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian
- Information provided must be accurate and kept up to date
- Selection decisions are made by academy coaching staff and are final
Fees and payments
Any programme fees, payment dates and refund terms will be confirmed in writing before a player joins. Scholarship places are subject to their own agreement.
Conduct
Players, parents, guardians and spectators are expected to follow the academy’s codes of conduct. We may suspend or end participation where behaviour puts others at risk or breaches these codes.
Health and safety
Football carries a risk of injury. Parents and guardians must tell us about any medical condition relevant to a player’s safety. We follow our safeguarding and first-aid procedures at all sessions.
Photography and media
We may photograph or film sessions and matches for academy use. You can withdraw media consent for a player at any time by contacting us.
Website content
All content on this website, including the badge and wordmark, belongs to the academy and may not be reused without permission. We aim to keep information accurate but it may change without notice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Oyo State have jurisdiction.
